Weinbeschreibung: Weißgekelterter Spätburgunder, vollreife Burgunderaromen mit perfekt eingebundener weicher Säure.

Speiseempfehlung: Antipasti, Salate, gegrillter oder gebratener Fisch, pochierter Fisch, Käse aus Rohmilch, Meeresfrüchte und Schalentiere.

Weinbereitung: reiner Saftabzug von der Spätburgundermaische, gekühlt vergoren, danach Ausbau im Edelstahltank mit 5 monatiger Lagerung auf der Feinhefe.
